About the Event

The RSEEE & WHPC Meeting – East Anglia 2026 is a one-day regional event bringing together Research Software Engineers, technical staff, students and researchers from Norwich Research Park, the UEA, Cambridge and East Anglia.

This year’s theme is
“Research Software in the Era of AI: Best Practices for HPC, Security, and Managing Technical Debt.”

Parking

There is parking on-site. However, do not park in the numbered bays (these are limited to 2 hours).

At the John Innes Conference Centre, please register your vehicle on the tablet at reception to avoid being charged.

Taxis

If you require a taxi at the end of the day, it is advised that you book one in advance. Mini cabs in Norwich get fully booked during rush hour. Recommended taxi companies:
