Call for Contributions

The RSEEE & WHPC Meeting – East Anglia 2026 organising committee invites proposals for talks, lightning talks, posters, workshops and breakout discussion topics from Research Software Engineers, technical staff, students and researchers across Norwich Research Park, UEA, Cambridge and the wider East Anglia region.

This year's theme is:
"Research Software in the Era of AI: Best Practices for HPC, Security, and Managing Technical Debt."

We welcome contributions on any topic relevant to research software engineering, but especially encourage submissions aligned with this theme. We value diverse perspectives and strongly encourage submissions from underrepresented groups in research computing.
